For larger, bulky, fragile, or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you before finalising the order where necessary.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship Australia-wide.

If you are located outside our standard delivery areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether shipping is available.

Large, Bulky, or Fragile Items

Some items may require special freight arrangements due to their size, weight, or fragility.

This may apply to items such as:

  • basins
  • mirrors
  • hardware
  • large fixtures
  • special-order products

For these items, delivery timeframes and shipping costs may vary.

Authority to Leave

Orders may be left at the delivery address if it is safe to do so, unless otherwise requested.

If you do not want your order left unattended, please let us know when placing your order.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, ORVA is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

ORVA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • supplier delays
  • weather events
  • stock shortages
  • public holidays
  • other unforeseen disruptions

We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos where applicable

Split Deliveries

Some orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries depending on product availability, supplier dispatch arrangements, or freight requirements.

If your order is split, we will notify you where appropriate.

Click and Collect / Showroom Collection

If collection is available, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

  • Appointment required 

Please do not attend for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Special Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Special-order, made-to-order, or custom items may have extended lead times.
